Information you give us

When you request a preview, we collect your name, contact mobile number, business name or social handle, your qualification and price answers, and your request for personal follow-up. We record the displayed follow-up notice, version and time with your request. Your contact number is not automatically the public booking number for your video.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, confirm creative details, prepare your preview and manage order follow-up. Saying the $60 price works for you does not authorize a charge. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

When you submit the form, you request personal follow-up from Kingston about your outro. This is not enrollment in an automated marketing-text subscription. Tell Kingston at any time if you do not want further follow-up. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. You may contact us by email instead.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored privately with Vercel. Resend delivers a notification to Fleumi so we can follow up. These providers process information to deliver the service, not for their own marketing through us. Authorized Fleumi operators can access requests. Our website also uses Cloudflare for domain services.

Cookies and measurement

A necessary, secure receipt cookie lets this browser view its saved confirmation and correct a phone-number typo for up to 24 hours. Browser session storage keeps a request identifier so retries do not make duplicate requests. We record one internal Lead event after an eligible request is saved; button clicks and rejected requests are not leads. No advertising pixel is active on this version of the website.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests while handling previews and orders and as needed for records, support and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. You may withdraw text permission at any time. Rate-limit records use a hashed network identifier and expire after one day.
